Olesia Teplynska

Olesia Teplinska is an English translator who uses a variety of technical and artistic translation techniques in her work. She specializes mainly in the translation of artistic texts. Among other works in her portfolio there  are translations of two children's plays authored by the Ukrainian writer Anna Halas, namely the plays "Plastic Trap" and "Dolphin Bay". These translations will make Ukrainian children's literature accessible to English-speaking audiences. Currently, Olesia devotes time to the development and improvement of professional skills and practice in the field of translation, while studying at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
